The Boathouse, The Landing

This was a very well equipped,unique property due to its location. All the rooms were spacious as was the outside landin Positive: The location overlooking the water was lovely and being alongside the small ferry added some interest. We used the ferry on a couple of occasions to visit Russell which is a beautiful town. Negative: Nothing

Positive: We loved everything about this place. It was the perfect escape, stunning accommodation, stunning location and even our own private jetty!! Negative: That we didn't book more nights haha

Great accommodation, very clean, well equipped and well located. Negative: A second/separate toilet would have been perfect.

Wonderful location on the water and a beautiful property. Positive: The sensational location on the water and we loved watching the ferries from our wonderful deck. The property was very large and beautifully furnished and equipped. We loved it there and we really liked the Bay of Islands area, Opua and Paihia. Negative: The WiFi seemed to be a problem when we arrived but John came out and tried to sort it out. With the use of the upstairs password and the community WiFi we managed fine from then onwards.
