The Waterfront Suites, 2 Bedroom Apartment with Pool.

Excellent place , fantastic location - just access issues. Positive: I have to start by saying John the owner of the apartments was excellent in communication. The location was superb minute away from all activities, restaurants and few minutes away from the beach. The apartment was stocked with milk, chocolate, coffee, shower gel, shampoos and other little things which gave a nice touch. Swimming pool was nice and clean and whole part Ent was spotless. Air conditioning worked throughout. Cooking facilities were great. Negative: There are couple of bits that if improved (not sure it is possible) this would be the only property I would stay in Paihia. We were a party of four and had four suitcases but lift only went one floor up and we were on third floor- John did help us take the suitcases up but we did have to take them down and I had one person on the party who had mobility issues. Also the twin room had small beds.

Our overseas gusts that stayed with us were suitably impressed with our accomodation choice! Positive: Location was excellent. Close to all the nearby restaurants, shops and ferries. Negative: The weather !! However, we made the best of it and still went in the pool!
