Boathouse-The Bridge

If you don't mind the constant car ferry noise this is an absolutely beautiful unique place to stay Positive: The actual owners of the property have been staying there for the past couple of months and they are absolutely lovely. They made us feel welcome and quite comfortable being there Negative: The kitchen water tap had a leak on it which wasn't noticeable until at full pressure. We just didn't want to get blamed for it but it looked like somehow the tap had been cracked at some stage

A place well worth staying and definitely enjoyable when the owners are staying there as well Positive: The actual owners of the property were staying in the downstairs apartment and they were absolutely lovely. Negative: The housekeeping standard was not as good as it could have been. We found leftover hair balls on the carpet in the lounge/living area. The tv remote seemed to need new batteries.
