Fabulous views and comforts of home - will definitely be back to stay again! Positive: Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and great value for family of 4 with a fabulous view of the bay from both balconies. Location very central to restaurants and shops with secure parking. All comforts of home and the heated pool was an added bonus. John was very helpful and communicative through the booking process helping us find a property that suited our family. Also was responsive to questions during our stay and recommended activities for us to do during our time in Paihia. Negative: Nothing, it was perfect.

Overall, a good stay and well-priced for the view, facilities and location. Positive: The view was fantastic, the apartment was well equipped, and it's located a short walk from everything. The secure undercover parking and lift were a bonus. Negative: Being on the main road and near the wharf, it is a bit noisy during the day. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was broken and we weren't advised of this prior to our stay so lucky it wasn't needed.

Positive: Location was fantastic and the apartment was very well appointed. Negative: There was no air con in the second bedroom (remote was on the bedside table but management said it had not operated for a long time????) and the windows need to be closed due to the exhaust fan noise and smell from neighbouring club.
