The Waterfront Suites - Water Frontage

Not cheap but very very good. Positive: The view from the bedroom and living room was fantastic. Good size and many kitchen utensils, bonus chocolate in the fridge, with milk and a small loaf of bread. Parking was easy and off the street. Great location Negative: Everything was great. Could have hire/loan bikes for guests to use.....

Awesome Positive: Easy walk to Restaurants Ferry Shops. Excellent views. John the property manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. Negative: Nothing

A comfortable stay in a great location, close to amenities and a lovely view. Positive: Lovely location with great secure underground car parking. Negative: Not much! The only niggles were that there were no towel rails and we had to hang our damp towels on the landing balustrade as there were no hooks either. The living area looked like it was possibly time for an upgrade, the furniture looked a little dated and worn. Apart from those two things - great!

Positive: Location Negative: Faulty lift. It opened with lift level 10 cm higher than floor level. Then sometimes jolted. Dangerous!

Great Apartment in a Perfect Location Positive: Perfectly located on the water in Paihia. Access to the apartment was easy, with excellent clear instructions on getting in. The apartment was easily big enough for four adults, with two separate living areas. You are close to everything on offer in Pahia and the ferry to Russell which is a must to visit! Negative: Didn't stay long enough.
