Absolutely Perfect. Positive: Fantastic location only 1km from Paihia central which was an easy & lovely walk, apartment had everything we needed, we had a 3-night stay for my wife's birthday weekend and she was extremely happy, happy wife happy Life!!!! Would 100% recommend Sea Spray. Negative: Leaving.

Great spot to stay in a beautiful town. Positive: Lovely unit across from the water. Easy walking distance to everything. Good facilities, literally home away from home. Beds were fabulous!

Excellent stay. Positive: No breakfast provided but there was plenty of tea and plenty of coffee.Good location.Easy walking distance to all facilities. Negative: An extra rubbish bag.

Would stay here again. Positive: great views over the ocean and Waitangi close. Good playground near by. Dairy and takeaways next door. Short drive (or walk) to Waitangi and Paihia town center.

Perfect spot for some R and R. Positive: Location was perfect, nice touch to have bottled water and chocolates on arrival, lovely big rooms and great deck overlooking the beach. Negative: Nothing
